Chicken Lai Lai is a family-owned and operated food truck specializing in Taiwanese street food, primarily fried chicken. They love sharing their food and culture. Wen Hsiang Lai was born and raised in Taiwan and became a well know radio DJ. He moved to the states after meeting his wife, who had moved to Taiwan to teach English. Together they had Dieric. When Dieric was younger, they worked at a family friend's food truck and fell in love with it. Last year they opened up Chicken Lai Lai. Wen does all the food prep while Dieric does the cooking!
